The great errand debate....

Okay so this little happening happened at least a year or so ago if not more.

But I was thinking about it and I don't want to forget so here I am.....writing about it now.

Roman and I were in the car....

I told him we couldn't go play with someone (can't remember who) because we had to run some errands.

Roman: "who is Erin?"

Me: "no no, ERRAND. It's were you go do stuff you gotta get done, like drop off mail or pay a bill."

Roman: "I wanna go to Erins house!"

Me: "Rome, it's not a person, they don't have a house, it's something you do"

Roman: "But I wanna go to Erins!!!!"

This argument went on for a while mixed with tears of frustration on his part ;)

and it still brings up an argument to this day.

90% of the time I have to remind him that it's not a person, it's something you do.
