Miss Monroe is 1!

I know she won't be technically 1 till Wednesday but momma's in the mood to do her birthday blog :)

This gorgeous little nugget babe was born  1 year ago.

Thank you Li for the super cute pics!! That was an awesome surprise :)

I can't believe it.

It doesn't seem real.

She was born exactly on her due date. I got induced because I woke up one morning and I knew I couldn't go on one more stinkin day. She came fast after the most horrendous labor that I ever had the pleasure of having.

It. was. awful.

She. was. beautiful.

She was nothing like I expected. 

Dark hair - dark skin - dark eyes.

I'm still in awe of her beauty and can't believe she is mine.

You have my heart and your bottom on the scanner tryin to scan yourself not good hold on let me help you off of there......

You are the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

You only say momma when you really need me and never when I ask.

You eat anything and everything except potatoes.

You sleep in your own crib like a champ - which makes momma a very happy momma.

You stand your ground with your brother and yell and yell and yell to get what you want or need.

About 50 times a day you cruise up to the top of the stairs then cry to get down.

You are into everything all day everyday.

You have your dad wrapped around your cute little nugget thumb.

Lola, you were the perfect addition to our family, and I'm so glad you are ours.

I love you my sweet beautiful daughter.
