4th (5th) O' July

I LOVE the 4th of July!

We had so much fun!!!

We started the afternoon off with a bbq with friends and family.

We had my favorite....

"Summer food"

You know, steak, chicken, corn on the cob, watermelon, ect ect. Mmmmm!!!!

The kids had fun playing at Jonny & Ashlee's house.

Afterward we headed down to the park for the fireworks.

It was pretty bright for Mr. Tender Eyes

I was anticipating a drastic reaction from Lola, seeing as it was her first time but almost the entire time she watched like this.

And ended up like this.

Even during the crazy wild bright finale.

 

 

 

And she slept like so the entire way home. :)

 

 

  We did some sparklers when we got home.....

Rome loved it.

We had such a fun day!

I already can't wait for next year!!!
