Well we had quite the adventure this morning. Roman went to run upstairs and tripped, wacking his little noggin on the stair. I heard him fall and he started to cry, so I put Lola down so I could grab him. When he stood up I saw that he had gashed his forehead open. I didn't know what to do!
I stood there looking at this gash on his forehead waiting for it to bleed trying to think of something to grab while trying to comfort him and get him to stop touching it. I grabbed a burp cloth (not sanitary I know, but I panicked!) and had put it on the cut that was barely bleeding surprisingly.
I called Nick at work because he had my car. Meanwhile I'm sooo not ready for the day and I'm thinkin of how to get myself decent and help Roman with the cut.
My sister Brein was cool enough to come sit with him while we waited for Nick so I could throw some clothes on a put my hair in a hatin it pony.
Then she was cool enough to take Lola so we could take him to the Dr. - Thanks Binny!
By the way, when I called Nick he thought he could fix it himself - till he saw it. ha ha.
We couldn't get him in anywhere till almost 2 hours later. But he was totally fine. He barely cried when it first happened and stopped pretty quick after.
I got stuck with the paperwork at the Dr.s so I about missed it all. But he was a champ! He barely squirmed & was such a good boy :)
Ew yep that's me. On our way to the Dr's.
Home and Happy.
What a big boy!
Close up
You would never have guessed :)
