Feels like lately I have had the blogging bug. I always want to blog and catch up on other blogs I love to read. BUT
No one is blogging these days!

I got together with a bunch of girlfriends and we watched the Miss America Pagent. It was a lot of fun. I need things like that. Time with the girls. Time to chat with other people besides the hubbs who couldn't care less about retelling the gory details of pregnancy and birth. Speaking of....
Any other moms out there who feel like they can't believe they have given birth? I mean, that's HUGE! Your whole life you grow up thinkin, one day I'll drive, one day I'll get married, one day I'll have kids. But to me, giving birth seems like the ultimate. By that I not only mean the best thing you could ever do because you get a gorgeous babe out of it but because it's terrifying! It's so dangerous and crazy! I for one cannot believe I have done it twice. I'm not trying to pat myself on the back like "look what I did not once but twice!" I just mean I can't believe I have accomplished that. Feels like it didn't really happen and yet I have the battle scars and two kiddos to prove it. Surreal.
