Ah Memorial Day.
We started off the day with our family tradition of gathering at my moms grave.
(which we used to meet at my great grandma's grave, now we start at my moms and walk from there.)
My momma's headstone.
Right next to my mom are her parents.
I still can't believe that all 3 are gone.
We then went to the park to play and eat.
Aunt Stacey is a favorite of the kids.
I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with the fact that she plays with them, brings toys, and carries them everywhere.
They just love her.
Someone was pretty excited about this ball. ;)
After playing at the park we had a shower for my cousins fiance to go to. I'm sad I didn't get any pictures.
From there we headed on down to the Westovers and had a super yummy bbq with a lot of our friends.
(notice the bong lookin thing around Rome's neck? ya that's a duck caller that he refused to put down.)
Nick has hung out with the same group of friends for a really long time. All of us wives get a long great and a bunch of us all got pregnant around the same time last year. 3 of us (including me) were due on the same exact day, and 2 more were due a couple of months after.
Here are our babes (minus 1 super handsome boy also named Nick ;)
Left to right:
Lola, Jane, Stella & Daxton.
We had such a fun day! Im so grateful for good family and friends to make a potentially hard day a lot of fun.
:)

CUTE BABIES! I love seeing all of them together like that! :)
The babies are so cute together and I love how bright and vivid your other pictures are. :) But what I would love even more than that is another blog post! :P
